Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that we hold the authority to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for various reasons. This could involve circumstances where there are limitations on the quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or mistakes in product details or pricing information. Furthermore, we may need further verification or additional information before we can proceed with any order.

We appreciate your understanding that, on rare occasions, we may need to cancel your order or request additional information to process it. Rest assured, if a cancellation happens post-payment, we will promptly refund the full amount back to you. By choosing DFN Plaster Products for your needs, you kindly acknowledge and respect our decisions regarding any necessary cancellations.

Once products are dispatched, their return is subject to approval and handled on an individual basis. If a return is necessary, kindly get in touch with us upon receiving the item. We'll be more than happy to discuss refund or exchange options with you, please note any product which has been altered from its original form cannot be returned.

Our change of mind returns policy as stated above does not affect your usual rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your purchase is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose or is not as described, then you may be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund once the product has been assessed and confirmed as faulty or damaged.
